7 Steps To Reach Your Dream Company

First of all, set your dream company/ the company you are going to attend.
Know about the company and their requirements. Write it at one place.
Be enthusiastic in your work.
If possible, talk with the employees who are already working in that company.
Know what company is looking at the candidates (Like languages, working hours/timings, Culture). Example, some companies will have many branches all over the world, that means you must be ready to work at any place. So write down some qualities that you had to work.
Know what position you are applying and try to mold your body language,mind like that.
Make a perfect schedule.

This is the main problem with many of us. Many people fail to display themselves.
So in a head take a note of things that you are strong at and that you want to say at interview.
Remember one thing, without proper preparation, you can't give 100%. Sometimes, you may miss some important points you want to say at the interview place because of tension.
If you prepare well, you may able to cover 70% points at your interview. That makes more chance to reach your dream company.
So, Now it's time to note your strengths, you are specially at, about the project, Seminars, mini-projects and term papers.

Many people try to make a duplicate copy of their friends/seniors/online resumes.
Remember one thing "No two members can't be same".
That means his/her resume may be referenced to check your resume, but doesn't fit for you.
Make sure that you highlight your strengths that makes more chance to select in the interview.
Example, if you are applying to a company which deals more projects related to "Artificial Intelligence" and if you had published a paper related to that. Highlight that point in resume.
Don't forget to keep your projects,seminars,term papers,published papers in your resume.
Try to decrease family details, your weakness details as much as possible in your resume. Because that is irrelevant to your interview.
Make sure that you specify your details like contact number, mail id, branch at right place. So, if interviewer needs to contact you it makes him easy.

This is one of the reasons why many people fail in the interview because of fake resume.
If the details/content of the resume are not true. That doesn't mean fake resume.
If you write something on a resume, but don't know about it. It makes resume fake. Example, if you kept that you had given a seminar about a particular topic, but you have forgotten about that topic.
That makes the interviewer that you are a lier.
So, prepare yourself in such a way that you are able to answer any question asked by the interviewer during the interview.

Make sure you prepare before you attend the interview. That gives you more confidence to attend an interview.
Another advantage is you are able to answer questions without thinking in the interview. That gives a positive sign to the interviewer.
Be sincere to your work.
Try to practice seeing yourself in the mirror or with friends, cousins.
By doing like this you will cover all points in the interview that you want to say to the interviewer.
Know what profile requires from you.
Know what company look in the candidate.
Know about history, facts, news, startagies of the company.
Check out past interview questions that are asked in the interview and try to answer yourself what would you answer, if you were in that position. Then find out best answers for that questions.
Now, you are ready for your interview and you are fit for this job. You are nearer to work in your dream company.

Before you are entering to the interviewer cabin, remember one thing "You are there to sell yourself".
Try to drag the interviewer path to your way. This is only possible if you answer questions interestingly.
In every interview, interviewer's mind thinks "What question could I ask him/her next?". If you answer the present question interestingly, he tries to ask questions in that only instead of his/her question.
No one in this world knows everything. Example, if you said something that he doesn't know/ no one said to him till that time. He makes some time to know about that.
The main mistake that many people do in the interview is he/she says same answer that they read some where on the internet, other sources.
In such case there is much possible solution is "Try to analyze what type of person was the interviewer by his signs, questions, dressing style and etc". Because he may not like the answer you said to him.
